Started with one tutor for my son, saw the fantastic progress he's made with his English tutor so got a maths tutor too. Very impressed with obviously mainly the tuition but also with the communication between the company and myself checking I'm happy with everything. There is contact at all times should I need to check something with one of the tutors. Very impressed and my son's grades will reflect this!
This a scam do not give these people your credit card details!!
I asked for the termination of my membership because of the lowe quality of the service. The rep told me that it will take up to 3 weeks to refund you but it is now more than a month and there is still no news. The interesting part is she wants only refund the month that you charged me in advance not the month that they did provide tutoring an half .My advice to any one who wants to join this tutoring courses is just avoid it and do not put yourself in a lot of trouble and headache.
Please stay away from this company, the tutors are very good but the customer service is abysmal. I have been trying to get someone to make contact with me via several different avenues, but no luck. Once they get your money you become disposable.STAY AWAY!!!
This company appears to be a scam I was provided lessons for 4 weeks after which the tutors made excuses one by one amd left. After this we were promised replacements and have been charged for past 4 months without ANY lessons.If you write and email to their customer support requesting a contract cancellation you will get no response If you block payment thry will keep charging you via different guises. I have reported the matter to be police nowParents please be aware of what you are getting yourself intoTia
