Crunchzilla is a basic website designed to teach coding at three different levels, selected by clicking on a different character: young/new learners (Code Monster), teens/intermediate learners (Code Maven), and 16+ year olds/advanced learners (Game Maven). Crunchzilla teaches coding by prompting students to accomplish certain tasks by following directions given by the character. This creates a game, or other coding results visible on screen, so students can receive instant feedback and see how their code affects the webpage then and there. It is free to use, and devoid of ads. This is possible because Crunchzilla is a service that builds educational games, and is a subsidiary of Geeky Ventures, based in Seattle, Washington.
