Seneca is another site designed to help improve test scores. They use algorithms to determine mastery of material, how often questions and topics need to be repeated, and when to increase the difficulty level. Material that is consistently difficult will be used again in the learning process, but shown in a different format, which helps foster true learning over rote memorisation. Seneca is free for teachers, parents, and students to use, and offers courses on a very wide range of topics sorted by A Level, GCSE, KS3, and KS2 courses.

The presentation is great, however, the content is lacking. Grades went down when my daughter used Seneca as her prime study source. Also, as mentioned by some other users, some of the answers to the questions are incorrect, leading my daughter to have to ask for outside verification. Also, for physics, if you get the question wrong, there is no explanation to teach you how to do it correctly.The tutoring service is for limited hours of the day through Discord, when my daughter got stuck with the Physics questions, she asked the tutor who admitted that she was confused as well and that she would look into it, but my daughter never got any response back.Seneca learning has a good concept, but the material just isn't up to what they advertise.

False advertising! They claim that the tutoring is available anytime, but actually it is for limited hours of the day through Discord. When my daughter got stuck with the Physics questions, she posted her question and had to wait an hour for the tutor to get back to her. She admitted that she was confused as well and that she would look into it, but my daughter never got any response back.Also, my daughter's grades went down when she used Seneca as her prime study source. Highly unimpressed and disappointed with Senecas service- dipped three grades since using SORT IT OUT SENEC DO BETTER

Seneca Learning has been SO useful for my children this year, doing GCSE's and A Levels. I have used both Seneca Discord (which enables students to ask questions or upload work for marking) and the 1:1 tutoring service, which has been really excellent. Feedback has been excellent and communication quick and helpful. However, previously, we also used the basic Seneca and that is also really worthwhile. I discovered the site during lockdown and it enabled my children to cover a good deal of learning material and question what they were learning, but I really recommend the full package for best results.
