ABCya builds on the USA Common Core standards to create games that parents and teachers can use as a resource to supplement their students’ classwork. These games cover a short range of topics that are the same for each grade level, including literacy, numbers, and strategy. The games range from pre-K to 6th year, and while the higher end games are labeled “Grade 6+” they will largely appeal to children in 6th and 7th year. There is a free subscription option available, which includes full access to all games on desktop, and access to all ABCya videos. This option, however, includes ads, does not include resources, limits mobile games to 6 per week, and will not let you play games full screen. The family subscription can be paid at $9.99 a month, $44.99 for six months, or $69.99 for a full year. There is also a classroom subscription option for $25 a month.

Adapted Mind works to help K-6 students learn English and maths by trying to make learning fun. It does this by creating a personalized learning path for the students based on a pre-test, after which the student is provided with resources ranging from videos of real teachers explaining why problems were answered incorrectly and how to improve to games involving fun characters and stories. A membership is required to use Adapted Mind. Memberships cost $9.95 a month, but the first month is free.
